In R&C Business Consulting S.A. de C.V. (company duly incorporated since 2007, under Mexican
laws and with its headquarters in Mexico City), and its its subsidiaries and affiliates, RSEC
COLOMBIA SAS, RSEC BRASIL LTDA, RSEC GROUP CANADA INC, RSEC GROUP USA LLC,
hereinafter (RSec Group), we respect your privacy and assume the compromise of protect the
private information of our visitors and employees, for this reason we maintain high privacy
standards.
This Privacy Notice had the purpose of explaining the personal data that we recollect from you
through our interactions in our website and/or through the provision of services and transactions for
the resale of products and/or services, and the treatment that we give to them in accordance with
the provisions of the (i) Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its
regulations; (ii) Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015; (iii) Delaware
Personal Data Privacy Act -DPDP- “An act to amend title 6 of the Delaware code relating to
personal data privacy and consumer protection” which goes into effect January 1, 2025; (iv) the
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act -PIPEDA- (hereinafter, the «Law»).

responsible for safeguarding the integrity of information and verifying its proper handling.

Data Collected
RSec Group collects data to operate effectively and provide you with the best experiences through
our website, services, and product resale transactions. Some of the personal data you may provide
when you send us emails, register for any of our events or classes, or as part of service provision
and product resale transactions include: identification data (e.g., name, address, phone number,

¿How Does RSec Group Use Personal Data?
RSec Group enforces a strict internal policy regarding personal data protection requirements.

provide a service or product, or notify you about RSec Group events and other RSec Group-related

Rights of the Data Subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (the «ARCO»
rights) regarding your personal data. You may also limit the use or disclosure of your personal data
and revoke the consent you have given for its processing, provided that the processing is not
necessary or resulting from a legal relationship.
The request must include, in a free-form letter, the following:
● The name and handwritten signature of the data subject, as well as their address and any
means of communication to respond to the request.
● Official documentation that verifies the identity of the requester.
● A clear and precise description of the personal data for which ARCO rights will be
exercised.
● Any document that facilitates the identification and/or location of the personal data in
question.
● In the case of a rectification request, details of the changes to be made and any additional
documentation supporting such request.
● The procedure must be carried out by the data subject themselves or through a third party with a
simple power of attorney, ratified before two (2) witnesses with official identification photocopies
attached to the request.
Control of the Use of Your Personal Data for Promotional Purposes
You can always choose whether or not to receive promotional emails, SMS messages, phone calls,
and postal mail from RSec Group. You can opt-out of receiving interest-based advertising from
RSec Group by sending an email to info@rsecgroup.com. You can also opt-out of receiving email
communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message you receive from us. This will allow
you to unsubscribe or update your message preferences.
Participation in Blog Sites
If you leave a comment on an RSec Group public forum or blog, you should be aware that any
personal data or personally identifiable information you submit may be read, collected, or used by
anyone who participates in the public forum, reads the blog, or visits the URL of the blog post you
comment on. We are not responsible for the use of this information by people outside of RSec
Group.
When participating in public forums or blogs, you are required to provide your name and email
address for verification and to protect against spam. The name you provide will be published and

Customer Testimonials
We publish customer testimonials on our website. These testimonials may contain personal data,
